It’s personal…we get that, so every project is treated with the respect that it deserves.

Right from the start…

During preconstruction, the Glacon team meets with owners, their architect and engineers and we dig deep into the architectural and engineering plans, developing a budget and construction schedule, so the owner knows what the project will cost and how long it will take…right down to the activities to be performed week by week. And we analyze the owner’s process for planning and zoning…so we know to pay attention to abutter issues…we get granular with the details because we need to have as much skin in the game as the owner does. We review geotech reports so we understand the soil conditions we’ll be working in.

Thru to the finish…

During the construction phase, with over 40 years of construction experience, there isn’t anything that Murray Glazer and his team cannot do, because we’ve probably encountered more challenges; site, architecture, logistical than you could probably think of. Regular communications between the team members keep everyone up to date and engaged. We also know that you, the owner are sensitive to opportunity costs…and so we will not waste your money. We will set realistic expectations for job completion, and when we find a better way to approach an issue that might save time and money we’ll bring it to your attention. After all, we are on the same team…
